01 / WORKFLOW

Small actions. Reliable routines.

  1. 01

    Create a product

    Enter a name, category, quantity and alert level. Add a photo, barcode, QR code or NFC tag.

  2. 02

    Keep recording

    Select an operator, then use barcode, NFC or mixed mode when supported. Insufficient stock requires an explicit choice to record anyway.

  3. 03

    Finish and trace

    Tap Finish to review the session. Times, operators and stock changes remain in local history. Print labels after receiving goods.

Search and categories
Find products by name, code or category and filter the stock that needs attention.
Stocktaking
Enter the actual count, review differences, then submit the items counted.
Bulk editing
Handle multiple products together and avoid repetitive work.
Stock alerts
Adjust inventory thresholds and pay attention to low quantities.
Local backup
Export a JSON backup with reference images; imports follow the existing integrity checks.
Operators and history
Optional operator registration records who performed each operation and when.

Backup note: signature verification currently depends on a device-specific key, so cross-device recovery is limited. Contact support before migrating. Export is not the same as multi-device synchronization.
