Article 1. Introduction
We recognize the importance of personal information and will take appropriate security measures in accordance with laws and regulations. This Policy applies to our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information when you use Panshi Warehouse & Distribution Holographic Engine.

The Application does not currently collect GPS location information or request location permission.

Article 3. Use of Information
We process information only for account authentication, warehouse and distribution management, account security, service stability, inquiries and complaints, and purposes required by laws and regulations. Business data is stored locally by default and is uploaded to Cloudflare only when you actively enable cloud synchronization.
Article 4. Storage and Protection
Local data is stored on your device. Account information is stored on Cloudflare servers, which may be located in Hong Kong, China, and may involve cross-border transfers. Account information is retained while you use the Application and will be deleted or anonymized within 15 working days after account deletion. You may clear local logs yourself. Deleted business data cannot be recovered.
We use HTTPS, access controls, server-side validation, and necessary security measures to protect information. However, no security measure can guarantee absolute security.
Article 5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with consent; when providing necessary service providers such as Logto, Cloudflare, or WeChat Pay with the information required to deliver their services; when required by laws and regulations; or when necessary to protect lawful rights and interests.
Article 6. Your Rights
You have rights including access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and data export. Please contact us through the website's message form or by email at [email protected]. We will respond within 15 working days of receiving your request.
Article 7. Protection of Minors
The Application is primarily intended for businesses and adult individual users, not for minors under the age of 14. If we discover information relating to such minors, we will delete it as soon as possible.
Article 8. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy and notify you through in-app publication or a prominent notice. Continued use is deemed acceptance of the update.
